Delete a Cookie from Another Site

Is it possible to delete a cookie another site has put on my computer with code I place in an HTML document?

Only cookies that have domain and path settings that match the current web page are accessible. This prevents one web site, including any javascript on a web page, from being able to read, modify, or delete cookies that belong to another web site. This is a built in security feature of all browsers.
