I'm looking for help on figuring out what #'s this converts two,,it's for a geocaching puzzle and did not know where to look for help.:)

They're possibly valid hexidecimal numbers, but it seems unlikely to me since there are no digits to complement to the A-F stuff, and the results are pretty big for useful puzzle material:
