gap between image and a table

on my site http://www.nextstopnowhere.net/test/main.php
there is a gap between the main image (the building one) and its table. I asked this question earlier (w/ a different situation tho) and was directed to go to this site http://devedge.netscape.com/viewsource/2002/img-table/
And I still cant solve my problem. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks alot.
