Getting data back to Parent Window field from Popup Window

Hey Guys,

My problem is that .....I have to select Data from Popup Window and get that Data back to my Parent window's textarea field...........I am Newbie to Javascript so plz Help me Guys.

Hi Navdeep,

I'm extremely new to javascript myself, but i happened to find something last night on these forums while searching for something else and bookmarked it cos it looked useful :)

You should be able to figure out a way of doing it from that using opener. I'd give a specific example, but as i said, i'm new to all this myself and would have to write a couple of pages to see if i even knew what i was talking about here ;)
