ENCTYPE Question ?

Hi everyone !

i was hoping someone could help with these two simple questions... :confused:

1. - in the form tag thers a "ENCTYPE" attribute i was wondering which one should i use to encrypt my form info before sending or while sending ???

2.- also what attribute should i use to upload a file ???

The enctype attribute specifies the MIME type used to encode the contents of a form. The default is application/x-www-form-urlencoded. When using type="file" content, this attribute must be set to multipart/form-data.
