Inserting WMV in Dreamweave MX

I'm having a problem inserting a WMV file in Dreamweaver MX.

I did it: http://pamfast.com/screw/video.html

But the video is very, very, very, very slow.

Is there a preloader or something I need to do? I know the .WMV is 63 Mb!!

Do you mean it is very, very, very, very slow when you preview it after editing it in dreamweaver? be more specific next time.
