Well I am quite accomplished with PHP, but what would your input be?

Any ideas on what the site would be?
A little more information on what you're hoping to achieve would be useful in getting someone to get in bed with you - so to speak... I guess alcohol would help as well but abilities across all fronts downgrade after that so I guess the code wouldn't be spectacular.

That was a weird and wonderful analogy, guess that happens at this time of morning - time for me to sleep I think.
