HI,
I HAVE THIS NEW COLLEGE PROJECT WHERE I GOT TO MAKE A WEBSITE.

NEED U GUYS TO POINT ME TO THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR SOME GOOD SITES WHERE I CAN LEARN HTML , JAVA.

First of all, please don't type using only capital letters.

For HTML, try http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp.
For Java, I'd recommend http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/ (start with "Getting Started" located under "Trails Covering the Basics").

I would also try to learn CSS, you can learn it along with html at www.htmldog.com And if you are trying to get this project done in a month I suggest you try on some basics of java, find some existing programs. Also, are you sure you weren't referring to javascript because I hear of most people taking java as a whole class. Seems a little unlikely for you to learn it in a project.

I would suggest Tizag (http://tizag.com) as a good reference to HTML, CSS, PHP, web hosts, etc.

You can find good tutorials there, some better than w3schools.
