whats the best way to put a sound file foward on a page??
just to link to it and have it open in the default sound player?? or to have a plug in and have it pay from inside the page?? or is there an other way

It depends on what you feel is easier.

I would suggest putting it as the default player.(just link to it)

But you could use this script.(its a sound player)
