How did Opera (I have seen this when I went on other sites too) get this to display? I am talking about the little bar that says home copyright author, etc. that is below the address bar.
Mozilla displays it too, if you tell it to in the preferences.
This bar gathers information from <link/> tags with certain rel attribute values. This is a feature for accessibility, and I use it all the time when there is a tutorial offering them (clicking next/back on the bar is much easier than scrolling the page looking for it).

You can turn that on in Mozilla with View>Show/Hide>Site navigation bar>Show only as needed. This way if the website doesnt use it,it wont take up any screen space.
Also,if you have <link rel="next" href="...">,Mozilla will load the document speficied in the href attribute during the idle time,so that the Next page will be displayed very quikly. This is called link prefetching, and you can read more about it here (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/netlib/Link_Prefetching_FAQ.html).
