How am i goin to start building website like this?

that's got to be one of the most vague questions I've read on a forum.

What do you mean, how are you going to start building a website like that?

Do you mean, what tools you use? What languages you use?

Nothing like starting off nice and easy.

My apologies if that wasn't helpful, but you have to be a little more specific with questions like that.

In terms of tools, where are you starting from? Learning HTML, or are you pretty good with HTML, good with PHP?

I would imagine that sites like that use some pretty hefty CMS systems to manage the content, it would make most sense to me. Look at Joomla (and other people will probably be able to recommend a few good other ones).
