Password Strength Code!

Have you ever noticed that Google use a password strength meter to tell you whether your password is Strong, Weak or Fair?

I want the code if anyone has it.

Nice codes ess

Most password meters just check things like its length, whether it has upper and lower case characters, numbers and punctuations. Longer passwords with a mix of these are strong (particularly if it includes punctuation)
