specifically aimed at web developers, companies/recruiters can post jobs on their and web developers can apply.

Also a web developer can create their own portfolio and end up with a domain of their own www.developerfolio.com/users/DarrenWebb

Just so you know, there's a difference between a genuine site review request and a plug for your site, which in this case it looks very much like the later. Self promotion/ advertising is not allowed on CF.

Neat idea, well laid out. The navigation works well and I like the concept, hope these points help:

- news feeds with links
- submit news
- more of a 'community' feel - forum, chat area etc
- develop a market place - for example I do need someone to make vector graphics and it would be a great to advertise it on this site.
- take out the dark green, cant think of successful sites with dark green on.
- link to books and free resources
- interviews
- dont be scared to compete with Sitepoint.

Neat idea, well carried out, lots of prospects and potential.
