"Chatbox" code?

Hi guys, I'm brand new to this forum and a talented html/css'er, now, my question is related to this website:

You see the "Chatbox" that they've got?
How can I make that? And what kind of coding is it?

It's done in PHP. The chatbox just displays data from a database, the form will submit user data (a comment) to the database.

It's a pretty simple process, I could do it in 5 minutes flat probably.

That box is PHP. You would create one using PHP and a database (probably MySQL).
