Student requires free formMail hosting for assignment - anyone know where one is?

Part of my Assignment is to create a Contact form (using Email). with content checked using my own Javascript coding.

My instructor said you will need a CGI scripting host and can find a free one on the web so that you can send it....
I've looked everywhere and they all have long contracts, (I must be looking in the wrong place)

I don't need a script that validates field, as that is part of my assignment, I just want it to grab the values and send them to my email address.

Can anyone assist with a URL?

gave-up as a bad joke and used:

action="mailto:username@ispname.com.au" in my form
