Need Help with .ASPX

I am looking for someone to assist me in creating a database for a site I own. I am not sure if using a database is the best solution. This site I am working on will require a browse feature where members can view an extremely large list of products for sale. Each product however needs a seperate page of information. For example, if I have 50 states, each state has 80 horses listed. Rather then having 4000 different .html pages I would like to have it set up differently. If someone can help me with this or would like a better understanding of what I need I would feel more comfortable with communicating with someone via telephone. Since I do not expect anyone to give me there personal number, my business number I can be reached as is (608) 312-2403. I am in Wisconsin, United States. Central Time Zone. I can be reached from 9am to midnight. I can pay someone for the work, however, since I do not know how much work really is involved I would like someone to give me a quote?

I can help you but I need to know what is involved. from what I understand You need top store details in a database and call it from the webpage to be displayed as and when a state is selected. I am a student myself so I wont charge you much. I am from India and do not have ISD here at home so may be you can come on to yahoo messenger or email me about it. I am leaving my email ID in a PM
