Getting into a protected page

I am trying to work on a website for this client, he is not my client originally and the webmaster that did this site is in the neterlands. The owner of this site wants to get into it and have me change/update pictures and text. When you right click it shows a block so you can't get into site nor can you edit anything. Is there a way to get into this site so I can updaye for him, he is oping there is. Here is the URL:

To access the files you need access to the hosting account. The owner will need to contact the hosting company and get the necessary login information to the hosting account.

As spookster says, you cannot edit anything there unless you have some form of ftp access to the space where it is hosted.
Once you have that you can download all the files and edit 'til your heart's content.
