help with audio hardware

i have had my hard drive cleaned and updated and now all of a sudden its telling me that i dont have any audio hardware!

U need to install drivers, just as the same thread on No more USB avaible on your system.

Most likely there's a CD included with your motherboard, either note down the brand (for example Asus (brandname) K8N (model)) and goto the properiate website. Most brands have like 5in1 driverpackages which support most of your hardware for windows XP.
