Image mapping in Dreamweaver and browsers

I have an image mapped with hotspot links. This image is my navbar, so its pretty important.

Are there any issues with this and browsers? Should everything work okay?

Yeah things should work fine. Can you show us the image? Chances are there is probably a better way. I really wouldn't recommend image maps mainly because search engines might have trouble trying to follow the links in them.
