Hello all great programmers.

I have some kind of problem with a certain .dll which i want to unpack.I would like to have some information about unpacking etc...even if someone could help me unpack it.
Well, the .dll is protected with EncryptPE and i think only really great programmers can unpack it.I have tried many UnPackers but none worked.

I kindly ask you to help me because i really need to unpack it.I hope a great programmer here can help me out.Any help over the matter will be highly appreciated by me.

Thank you all in advance great programmers. :)

Waiting for your replies...

First question I want to ask is...why do you want to unpack it? What are you trying to achieve?

And decompiling the DLL could be a violation of the EULA you agreed to when you installed whatever software it came with.

Yep. And i'm not sure if this forum allows Us to give U the software to Reverse-engineer a .dll file. :)

Nop it's really not against any rules because this dll has nothing to do with a program which has copyrights.I can give you a link and see it for yourselves if you don't believe it...I just want to unpack it for seeing the content inside, because i want to do some translation...i need to translate some chinese words into english.

Hope you guys can help me...Can anyone please do it for me?

This sounds to me like its a DLL of some illegal private game server (I just get so many people asking me how to unpack dlls to translate them from chinese etc and its almost always for that reason, because most stolen server files tend to be chinese.)

But then without looking at the dll, who knows.

Anyway, if it was packed then whoever packed it doesn't want it unpacked so it will almost definately not be legal to unpack it. There are several tools out there to unpack files encrypted with EncryptPE (and most of them are chinese :P)

Why would programmers neccessarily be good at unpacking anyway?

Haha explain? :)

And yeah there must be a reason why the programmer, has chosen to protect his .dll file. Reverse engineering is what it's called what u are trying to do here.

Several? There are hardly any EncryptPE unpacking tools...
