Open Browser while Streaming Content with Windows Media Player

Anyone know how it's done?

This Japanese streamed content (JMT):
mms://tfmi-wmt.gekimedia.net/tfmi-channel

has a program where the people are talking about various artists. When it's "commercial" time, a browser window loads up with whatever ad they're talking about in the stream.

Again, any ideas on how this is done?
