Yeah Index page upladed, When i login to my FTP Server ftp.cwilmore.co.uk
theres a folder which i created "public_html" ive uploaded my index page, and others into this directory.

The public_html folder is usually something that your web host sets up for you, and is your site's root directory. Are you trying to access something above that? Your web host may not allow that. You may have to check with your web host to find out what the problem is.
