There is no need to setup a server.

You just have to install IIS on your PC to make ASP work.

You need to install IIS and setup a default website.
Usually this will be located at C:\Inetpub\wwwroot
This will also your testing server path in DW.

What do you think IIS is?

IIS - Internet Information Services
It's a kind of a server but not a server

If your IIS is already installed, try this address instead: 127.0.0.1/index.asp
Else, you can install it by using the windows disc - for more information: http://www.webwizguide.com/asp/tutorials/installing_iis_winXP_pro.asp
