Disable Page Scrolling

Hi guys,

Is there a way to complete disable horizontal and vertical scrolling? (with mouse scroll or keyboard).

I used CSS overflow:hidden to hide the scrollbars, however, it's still possible to scroll using the keyboard or mouse.

Plz check out www.controlnocontrol.com/main.php to see my problem. It's possible to scroll horizontally in this page.
