Text emailing What to do?

I want to make a script that emails the text in a blog on my website after pushing the submit botton without Outlook poping up with my email it would just send it automaticly

so the user will enter the text and the press submit and it emails it to me

You need a server side form2mail script to do that. What server side language do you have available to use to run it with?
