Trouble with coding for a Table Image

Ok. I'm redoing my the layout of my website Beautiful and Talented Sarah (http://www.roachsrealm.com/sarahwaynecallies). I want to put in a table image. I'm having some difficulty with it. The image isn't showing up right. The dividers are not repeating...aka they aren't continuing down the page. Here is the image if that helps:
