Create SIMPLE CSS Drop Down Menu (Dreamweaver?)

I am hoping to find a simple CSS Drop down menu (prefereably explained in dreamweaver speak). I have the type of menu I would like at http://whcfa.org/Drew/alr509/alr509.html
but this menu is in JavaScript.

I would like to find a similar solution in CSS.

Is it possible to force dreamweaver to code these menu's in CSS as oposed to JavaScript?

I'm tellin you, cssplay is the place. Pick one out and adapt it for what your doing.
