Needing a Contact Page

Hello,
I'm freshly new to the .net world and I'm wanting to get some help with creating a contact us webpage with aspx. I know how to make a normal web HTML form perfectly especially with CDONTS but I'm being forced to use aspx so I'm at a loss. Would anyone like to help me on this?

Have you tried using Visual Web Developer Express, it provided by microsoft and its free to use.
It will allow you to create a webpage in a GUI which are in .aspx format.
