refreshing iframes

I have a page and contained within this page there are two iframes which are named iframe1 and iframe2. Iframe has a submit button and onclicking that I need iframe 2 to reload however I cannot do this. Does any one know how I could do this.

I have tried a couple of ways but im interested in the ways other people advise me to do it before I say how I have been trying it.
