Looking help with homepage

Im looking for help with this page, Im looking to get it neat and tidy. The rest of the site is ready I just need to complete this page. Please reply if you can help and of cource costs.

Hi,

There are 3 things I am looking to resolve.

1. The 'Resource Center' has a title box with 3 columns underneath with a border around the header and the columns. This currently on works Firefox but not on IE. I am also looking to add rows of text the columns.

2. The leaf image is to resize automatically into a square which fits inside the 'Environmental Technology' box.

3. The text underneath the 'Splashpower Pads' text butts underneath the word 'Splashpower Pads'. This works in IE but not in Firefox.
