Hi Guys, I have been asked a question on MS Word, and although I have my MOS it's stumped me.

What I wish to do is duplex printing using the software, so I have an invoice on the front page which is created using a load_print simple macro, this places all invoices in the correct format ready for printing, it includes all header/footer etc and is perfect.

However, what we need to do now is include the Terms & conditions on the reverse side of the invoice but use word to control the printing. If we can get it to work we will invest in a duplex printer but for the moment I can't figure out how Word would control this.

Can you help?

thanks

Dave.

When I've used duplex printers before (it was an HP laser printer), the duplex controls were part of the printer setup. All you'd need to do is have page 1 be your invoice and page 2 be your terms. Then when it goes to the printer it will print page 1 on one side and page 2 on the other assuming you have the printer set to duplex mode. I'd imagine most duplex printers would work in a similar fashion.
