Time and Date Zones

Im currently creating an asp web site, im going to have a guest book page so that people can post messages, i want the time to be recorded with the message which i can do, the problem is that i will probably be using a hoast in a different time zone and i want the times to be recorded to match the GMT (with daylight savings) time zone. how can i set this up in asp? Thanks for any help

1. Find out what time zone your server is in.
2. Find out what the offset is between that and GMT
3. Add/subtract hours.

Also check with your database/server. Some have inbuilt functions for GMT.
