Does anybody here use Flash when in their CSS pages. I would like to add streaming video to one of my pages coded totally in CSS.

Thanks

Sorry I didn't know the rule!!! I don't know why you have to have such an attitude, of course I want to get more information. I just don't quite know exactly what to ask! I'm trying to start a dialog. I like this forum, but every time you answer one of my questions, you have to have an edge! And you got the helpful member award?

THANKS!!!

http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/

is the new flash thing replacing manually writing embed and object tags.

I don't do much flash in my personal, but I see it a ton at work.

With flash 8 , streaming video is real easy. I really want to make a skin that doesnt look like *** though. The defaults are, well, eh.

I would like to add movie clips to this page. At present it is static. Everything I do is manually written, I don't use any embeded scripts. I agree with you about the looks. Do you know of any CSS pages with flash. I hope I'm understanding you.

Thanks for the reply.

Michael

I think you may have it wrong. CSS pages are just pages written with css. They would still be pages withhtml layout and css to make it play pretty. http://particletree.com/features/lightbox-gone-wild/ might be cool . having links open lightbox and then in the div in the lightbox, i could load the movie clip.

I really dont know If I know what your after so...

What you should have asked was do any of you have experience with flash and if so how would you go about streaming flash video. You should probably read my signature too.

Thank you for the link. I'm not a paid web designer. I don't ask others to do my work. I just wasn't sure how to verbalize the question.
