Clickable Map of Ireland

I am currently looking for a clickable map of Ireland, where I could click on each county and it would bring me to a link specified. Any ideas where I may aquire such a map?

You can customize the maps the way you wish...add hotspots with ToolTips etc.

I'm looking for a clickable map for a website so I'd like somethign a bit more basic.
