<object> z-index problem

My pop-up box hides behind the flash object...I did a bit of reading about the problem but it seems z-index doesnt work on flash object...Is this true??? Is there any solution for the same????

You can generally get the z-index to work if you add "<param name="wmode" value="transparent">" to the object.
