Major Problem

I have a table that one of the columns has some how when from the name of the vendors to all 0(zero's). there is about 160,000 records. I have tied to do a restore from tape but the ****ty backup progam the Microsoft provides wont reconize the media. any Idea on what I can do?

Microsoft has nothing to do with mysql, so I'll move your thread to the general database area.

perhaps there you can tell us:

1) what database you are using
2) the table can't change itself, so did you or someone else update the table?
