Change iframe src ?

ok first of all this is my website www.alphaaddict.net . Im looking to make a browser for the directorys outside of the flash folder , Which ive allready done using an iframe here www.alphaaddict.net/Storage.htm . So i want to extend this so it can browse any directory on my server basicly im looking for a way of setting the iframes url externaly using a link in tehe file name eg www.alphaaddct.net/Storage.htm&url=www.alphaaddict.net/Profile/

Any ideas ?
