Is there a way to determine if other sites are importing my Rss Feed onto thier site?

I know almost nothing about rss itself, but couldn't you look at your server statistics for people downloading the rss.xml file? That might tell you something.

Yes, if I wanetd stats, I could do that, i was looking more specifically to find out what other WebSites have my info on their pages.

Using a search engine such as Google would be your best bet.
