Drop-Down Menu help

hello,
i have this website i'm working on, http://www.tvrossiya.com/_dustin/

i have it so the header and footer will all be the same throughout every page, but there is a dropdown menu in the header..

2 problems:
first - i'm working on a mac, everything works fine in safari and firefox and PC IE, but in IE for mac the dropdown does something really strange...

and second problem - on this page: http://www.tvrossiya.com/_dustin/sub/ordernow.php when you scroll over customer care, the menu falls behind the copy in the DIV below it... and the menu disappears...

if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Before you can expect a site to render the same in all browsers you really need to validate the code - even then you will have problems. Check the links in my sig below -
