How clean is this CSS code?

Just wondering, how clean is the code found here: http://www.piratebay.us/hoodia/hoodiatemplate.html

Compared to the most efficient way to use CSS.

This is one of the first things I've coded so I'm just wondering how I can improve.

Great start!
You have some unnecesary things though, like <div class="menubar">

<div class="menubartext">

Products | About Us | Contact Us

</div>

</div>. You should only need one. And also a tip: instead of using "|" for seperating, you should really use borders so it looks something like Products <span style="border-left:1px #fff solid; border-right:1px #fff solid;">About Us</span> Contact Us
