Upload images using standard IIS componants

has anyone got any code that can upload an image using standard IIS componants, componants that come standard with IIS?? I want to upload an image but I don't want to be asking the hosting company to install different external componants, so i was wondering if there was a way i could do this. ie like using CreateObject("scripting.filesystemobject") and somehow jst upload my image to the server and then collect the image name...
