Hi All,
Is there a way I can test in IE6 and IE7 on same PC?
Ideally, I need Mozilla and the above to cover most issues.
Thanks..

Try this article (http://www.positioniseverything.net/articles/multiIE.html) in Position is Everything - it links to an installer for multiple standalones.

Just out of curiosity, do you test below IE6?

Hi ferellie,
Here at my work we test down to 5.5. I use dameware (http://www.dameware.com) and run an instance of NT for the older versions.
We are binded to it by contract, but I never test below 6 for my personal sites.

I increasingly tend to check 'for interest only' - IE5 is 3% of the market according to Browser Statistics (http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp) and shrinking.
If there's something really horrible, I'll use IE's conditional comments to feed in some CSS to try to correct it, but I'll then also use a conditional comment to put some text in my footer as well to gently suggest that it's time to upgrade.

You can always emply the principles of graceful degradation (http://www.digital-web.com/articles/fluid_thinking/) to serve older browsers a simplified style sheet.
