[HELP] Getting the SCR from a Frame

I have 2 frames, the one at the bottom witch will change constantly it's SCR and the upper one that needs to "get" the SCR from the lower frame

[NOTE: the lower frame will browse pages not from my website, buy sites like "Google", "Yahoo", etc.]
