Hi,

Ive been working wiht PHP for a while now, and I'm kind of getting the hang of it. However, I have the possibility to do some paid work in ASP.NET. I have never worked with C++, ASP or .NET ever, only with VB6. Is there anyone with experience in both ASP(.NET) and PHP that can explain the main differences or give me some tips on how to switch?

here is an interesting article that compares PHP and ASP.NET...though, a lot of people think that the article is biased towards ASP.NET

http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/columns/hull_php2.html

and here is another article as well

Cheers,

Thanks :) I read both and they explained a lot, I also checked out a ASP.NET book and it seems to me that ASP.NET is kind of like PHP except using any code language. I think I'm going to learn it, so you'll see me a lot in the ASP.NET forums soon :P
