Forum and Messaging Help

I've looked at a few different options and cant decided which one is best to use. I want to put a forum and messaging system on a website im designing, but im not sure how... Can anyone help?

Well you sound like someone who wants an easy to use & administrate system right? Well I suggest phpbb for a forum.

I also use phpbb on my site. It is easy to setup, customize, and use. I know very little php and had no problems with it.

there are also several easy to set up forums that you have to pay for. They're more advanced than phpbb but not free. You should find loads by just googling it.
