need to make a game, never done it before, and where do i start?

hi everyone,

i really need some advice. i have to make a game in flash for work, the coding guy left the company and they asked me to do it.

so, it's a simple game. we want drag and drop interaction - there is a question and the player has to decide if it's an appropriate question or not.

s/he then has the option of dragging the game to a character (in order to ask the question) or drag the question into the recycle bin.

i've never made a game b4, where do i start - or can anyone recommend a tutorial?
