Simple SQL

Hello,

I am in need of some help with an sql project. I have a pretty lengthy form for people to order groceries and have that sent to my email address, but I also need sql tables to store the form entries and spit out a total on an html page sso I can print it off when I am ready to go shopping for them.

So user 1 will have 4 apples 1 gallon of milk and a a dozen eggs

User 2 will have 1 apple and 2 gallons of milk.

Rather than trying to add up all my email's I want to go to a page and have it tell me I need 5 apples, 3 gallons of milk and a dozen eggs.

I also need a way to clear the data once the shopping is finished.

Obviously I cannot do this myself, but to an experience coder it wouldnt expect it to take too long, so $100 is the best I can do. I'll give 50% down and 50% when the files are in my hands and functioning correctly.

This will be a fairly simple thing to do.

I do have a question though.

How are you going to pay? Is it through paypal? I am a verified Paypal member who can accept all types of payments through them. They are my preferred payment method.

Do you have the database already and if not are you willing to give me access to your MySQL database or do you want me to create the tables on MY server and give you a mysql IMPORT file to create the tables on YOUR server?

Also, Do you have only certain items people can order from you or is the form text boxes in which they manually type in the items they want?
