ASP E-Mail Database/System

Hello, im wondering if someone could help me out here?

What I am after is a system in which I can put a simple form on the home page of a website which gathers peoples e-mail addresses (if they wish to subscribe of course). The e-mail address (and name etc) is stored in a database (prefably MySQL).

Then from here I can send out HTML e-mails. I would design a HTML page myself and this is what would be sent out.

Does anyone know of any good systems like this or scripts that are already built?

You could always look around aspin for a prewritten script, but it's quite easy to write what you want.
