I wouldn't bother trying to skin windows media player. Anything you do skinning wise will only work in IE. I recommend flash video. www.gotoandlearn.com has some good tutorials. The Riva 2.0 FLV Encoder is decent when it comes to encoding video files to .flv format though the FLV Encoder that comes with Flash 8 IMO is the right tool to use. Good luck.

http://programmer2.net i have made FLV players before.
The problem is the client i am doing this for want a windows media player in specific.
Also, the skin they use seems to work in firefox, and other browsers as well....

Every player on that site is done with flash. Maybe you are looking for a flash mp3 player then? Also its not the skin that is the problem its the javascript functions needed for anything to work. They are IE only.

I get javascript errors in Firefox 2.0 and the video doesn't even play.
