date/time help

can someone help me with a function that would take in a datetime and if the time was not 00:00 the it passes back the date and time but if the time is 00:00 it passes back just the date without the time.

Do you just need someone to write it for you, or are you wondering how you would accomplish such a feat? It doesn't seem like much of a puzzler...
